Question 1: Are KPIs the Top Performing Aspect of my Website?

This answer is false. Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPIs, are important to monitor but don’t tell the whole story of your website.  Here are four indicators that TM believes are very important for your website, including:

  • Percentage of New Visitors
  • Visitors Per Lead or Visitors Per Sale
  • Cost Per Lead
  • Stickiness

When setting goals for your website, also remember to incorporate Key Performance Indicators to make sure your website is achieving the stated goals.

Question 2: Twitter Character Limit is 280?

The answer to this question is true. Twitter doubled its character limit in November 2017. This allowed individuals, influencers, companies, and Twitter celebrities alike more space to say what they all in one tweet. The social media platform decided to make this decision to help drive more engagement within its users.

Additionally, we have a bonus question: do links and picture count towards this character limit? The answer is no. Visuals, including images, videos, and GIFs, can be included in tweets without affecting the character limit.

Question 3: What is Segmentation?

Is segmentation the process of taking a single, general audience and dividing it up according to specific grouping or characteristics. This answer is true, and it’s important to bring a personalized experience to your target audience. Not all of your audience are considered the same – each has different likes, personality traits, and similarities. It’s important to provide varies messaging to help reach your audience consistently. By segmenting your audience, you can make your marketing dollars go farther and increase your ROI.
