Great Lakes Wine & Spirits approached TM for a new, fresh website look and to bring all of their subsidiaries under a single, online roof.

The Challenge

In addition to a facelift for the Great Lakes Wine & Spirits website, they needed custom software that could integrate seamlessly with existing internal inventory, customer relationship, and HR systems. TM set out to work closely with internal marketing, IT, and executive teams to ensure everyone’s ideas and concepts were represented in the new build.

The Solution

TM built Great Lakes Wine & Spirits a brand-new custom website on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). Starting with a planning stage, we helped define a new Information Architecture (IA) of their website and worked with their internal teams on a new design concept.

Upon design approval, we helped Great Lakes Wine & Spirits develop great content for their site, planned out future phases of development for their properties, redirected their old domains for their companies, and made the entire website responsive (mobile-friendly).

In Phase II, TM integrated the new website with several ofGreat Lakes Wine & Spirits internal systems to help improve usability for the sales team and customers base, as well as to securely access the website’s internal resources from any internet browser.
