This person is process driven and has the ability to think-up amazing concepts, and can break them down to create and execute. He/she/them live to analyze data and interpret ROI and KPI metrics.

Who is this for?

  • Experienced to set up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot
  • Experienced with all levels of onboarding, enhancements, and growth as it applies to a business in HS
  • Knows how to manage lead generation, databases & email reporting
  • Understand “what” content attracts, acquires, and nurtures qualified and targeted audiences
  • Loves to work closely with the sales team on strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
  • Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills
  • Has a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

We need your capabilities and knowledge to include:

  • Understand the ecosystem of a marketing campaign: gathering KPIs, research, suggestive outlets and targets, content & asset requirements, campaign set-up, management, and analytics for report presentation with recommendations
  • You have worked in and know your way around HubSpot, why Inbound is important, and how to assess its benefits for any business
  • Creative thinking, graphically inclined, and resourceful
  • Understanding the importance of sizing requirements, campaign specifics, prepping for SEO content, etc.
  • Resourceful: your experience has opened up your eyes to what a task can include, dependencies, and how to make recommendations on completion timelines, costs, and liabilities
  • Experience in reviewing current traffic trends and how to generate traffic to converting leads
  • GTA, GTM, GSC, SEMRush, and other acronyms are places you understand, use, and live in to achieve results
  • Know how to discover an audience and refine engagement results through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc., 
  • You have many ideas on what a strategy would look like and the tactics to approach a customer’s target user.
  • Experience in writing specific content and the requirements for properly optimized content specific to SEO initiatives (or can write the specs to have completed)
