Was the site usable and were the informational sections easy to find?
Yes, was able to navigate through all the links instructed and everything that was asked to locate was easily findable.
Was there anything the was confusing about the site that you did not understand?
One thing. The 'ROI' was never explained what that stood for, so I was confused about what that service meant/was for.
How did you feel about the overall look and design, would you change anything?
The overall look was visually great and underscored the well done navigation. I liked how the sub-menus popped up too and made it easy to find things.
If you were looking for a company to perform internet marketing services what would be your opinion for Trademark Productions?
I would say info-wise, it would be great. Not sure on the prices cause I didn't see those (wasn't asked to so didn't look) but based on the content alone, it was very interesting. The services seemed like they could definitely help your site. Goodluck!

Yes - simple, intuitive, easy to use. Performance and response time were adequate, I was able to find information in the places I expected, and links worked as expected.

No - I felt I was able to quickly get a solid understanding of the services provided such as TM, SEO, Web design/dev, consulting, training, and/or some combo of these.
How did you feel about the overall look and design, would you change anything?
In my opinion, there is a rock solid suite of services provided that are undermined a bit because the site could be a bit more professional. While I realize that TM is trying to add some fun, some of the comments may be misconstrued by some as flippant or unprofessional. For example, if I hire TM, I want to know that they are going to be working as hard as possible to give me the best possible results for my business rather than "playing poker". Same goes for the bios - I want to read more about business results achieved by the people - for example, in questions for Dwight, ask something like, "What was the most challenging client job for the company?"
If you were looking for a company to perform internet marketing services what would be your opinion for Trademark Productions?
Based on what I viewed through the site, my impression is a few folks working out of something as small as an apartment in a dot com like environment trying to build a business. As a business owner, rather than "Tom's Oyster Bar" what I would hope to see instead is something like a professional office building/door with Trademark Productions insignia to help convey that this is a real business. I'd also suggest adding a case study of one of your best clients to show the original business problem, how it was resolved by TM Prod., and the sample analytic results proving the results achieved.

yes it was very user friendly, i didnt have any trouble finding the information sections of the site

for me personally no, although if i did not know about SEO i can imagine i would still have questions unanswered after looking at the SEO services page as it did not go too specifically into what SEO is

I like the design and nice use of subtle complementing colours

Ivery professional, and not just someone sitting behind their pc, seeing they actually have an office was very appealing. they appear to know what they are doing and have many trusted previous examples of their work
