This will not work the way he intends. As you stated, the software has little do to with the websites themselves. Also, the software can be downloaded or the sites visited through a proxy server with an IP outside of Kentucky and the software can most likely be run in a similar fashion. That is of course if this case even stands up through Appeals or the Supreme Court. Personally, I think Judge Buford T. Justice of Podunk, KY just wants his 15 minutes of fame. This will go away.
