Eric Guerin, Technical Lead
Eric has been in the web development industry for over 10 years, and continues every single day to learn new and usually exciting things. For Eric, web and software development is not a job, it's not even a career. For Eric, this stuff is his passion, eating, breathing, thinking, sleeping, and living it. Ok, maybe not the eating part, I don't imagine code tastes very good, but the rest is totally true!
Eric began the hobby of web development in 1996, right around the same time as the incredible dot-com era. Things were going great for the web, and for Eric in general. Eric decided then that this is what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, whether it was for fun, for friends, or as a serious career. Eric would then find himself in sunny Southern California, where he finally took his hobby and passion to a new level, working with a wonderful small company in San Diego.
Eventually, Eric left San Diego on the track back to good ole' Detroit, MI, where Eric grew up. Shortly after his much anticipated arrival back in Detroit, Eric was greeted by the greatest job of his life, Trademark Productions. Eric is the Technical Lead/Lead Developer/Guy in the Corner, etc here at Trademark, and there is never a dull moment, or a moment where Eric even thinks about regretting his decision to move back to Detroit. Simply put, Trademark is a great place to work, and everyone Eric works with is extremely talented at the individual things that they do. Go team!
