Viviano Wine Importers - Case Study
The Opportunity
One of the perks of establishing a business with a reputation for being multi-faceted–especially where marketing, website design and website development are concerned–is when a fellow agency recognizes your worth and requests you to assist with their client. Such is the case here when another nearby marketing firm referred some work our way. The problem? Local importer Viviano Wines, wanted to create a website that would serve their consumers and distributors as well as their own internal employees, but would still be easy to manage. Beyond that, they put out a quarterly Winespeak Newsletter and wanted the last few years backlogged and available on the website. Finally, they wanted the ability to upload wine "shelf talkers" that licensors, distributors and retailers could have easy access to download and use. Sour grapes? Hardly.
Our Solution
TM developed a powerhouse software solution that took Viviano Wine's dreams and made them a digital reality. Utilizing new AJAX and advanced software programming-–again we like to stay at the top of our game by utilizing the lasted technology–TM created a new "Shelf talker" web application that allowed licensors and retailers the ability to select specific wines, format them on screen, create a PDF and then print them out on special perforated paper at any office. In short, we were innovative. For those of you who enjoy additional tech–talk, TM added employee management, inventory management and the Winespeak newsletter to the site while developing solutions for banner management and back–end management.
