Everything starts with an idea. When his father developed sore ears from long-term oxygen therapy, the creator of O2 Ear Buddies sought some way, any way, to alleviate the pain. Nothing helped, so rather than rely on what was already out there, he took the initiative and created a clip capable of attaching to a favorite hat, visor, etc. that completely removes the tubes from the ears. It provided his father with instant relief and allowed the decubitis ulcers that had formed to heal. Now, since it worked so well for his family, why not share it with everyone else? To do that, he needed an e-commerce site built from scratch that could be used to launch the product on a national level.
Our Solution
Our TM developers jumped in, took a look at what O2 Ear Buddies had available about the product and the business itself, then dug in a created their online store. We also SEOd their site, spent quite a bit of time performing business consulting with them, helped them more fully explore their business plan and, finally, assisted in setting up PR to get word out about the launch of their site. The official Original O2 Ear Buddies website launched in December and they haven’t looked back since!
